City Center Doha, one of Qatar’s largest and most prominent malls owned by Aamal Company QPSC, recently unveiled its latest addition, the Gold Souq Square, in a traditional-themed opening ceremony. This new shopping area is dedicated to jewelry enthusiasts, offering a selection of luxurious gold and diamond pieces from over 19 newly established outlets.

HE Sheikh Faisal bin Qassim Al Thani, Chairman of Aamal Company, inaugurated the Souq alongside management members from Aamal and City Center Doha, as well as HE Dr Mustafa Goksu, the Ambassador of Turkey to Qatar, and notable media and social media personalities. The term “Souq” originates from Arabic, meaning “market,” inspired by the traditional Arabian gold markets. The Gold Souq, situated on the mall’s east side on the second floor beneath the newly opened food court, features sellers from various Gulf region countries.

Murat Kayman, General Manager of City Center Doha, expressed delight at the Gold Souq’s opening, emphasizing its contribution to the mall’s diverse retail offerings and commitment to enhancing visitors’ shopping experiences. This new addition reflects the mall’s dedication to providing a dynamic and satisfying destination for shoppers.
