The two bespoke desserts created by Chef Aisha – Mhallabiya A La Vogue and Khanfaroush Cake – are Qatari favourites each with a modern twist. These treats are perfect for sharing at family gatherings or gifting, with this limited-edition creation embodies the essence of Ramadan, honouring tradition while adding a touch of modern elegance to the season’s festivities.

Available for a limited time, the collaboration includes Khanfaroush Cake, offering a chic take on the traditional Qatari sweet. Inspired by the classic tablet form, this artisanal cake is made from eggs, flour, and rice flour and infused with the delicate flavours of rose water and saffron.

Guests can also delight in Mhallabiya A La Vogue, Chef Aisha Al Tamimi’s interpretation of the beloved Ramadan delicacy. Inspired by the time-honoured tradition of crafting this dessert from hand-milled rice, milk, and sugar, complete with rose water and saffron. Her modern take features three vibrant layers—one scented with rose water and saffron, another enriched with red rose syrup, and a third infused with green soda cream—each adorned with fragrant nuts and dried roses.
