Organized by the Qatar Scientific Club and generously supported by governmental bodies, this year’s competition witnessed a remarkable surge in participation, boasting a staggering 35% increase.
With over 700 teams representing more than 200 public and private schools, the competition’s 16th iteration kicked off with much fanfare on Sunday, surpassing all previous records in terms of attendance and enthusiasm.
Under the auspices of the Ministry of Sports and Youth and the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, and with the invaluable support of the Social & Sport Contribution Fund (DAAM), the event saw the convergence of Qatar’s brightest young minds alongside esteemed dignitaries. Among the notable figures in attendance were Minister of Sports and Youth Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Thani, Maha Zayed Al Ruwaili, and Assistant Undersecretary for Educational Affairs at MoEHE.
