The Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail has announced the opening of Brisa by Praia, a new beachfront restaurant situated on the hotel’s private shoreline.

Concept and Design

Inspiration: The restaurant is inspired by Mediterranean coastal destinations like Ibiza, the Côte d’Azur, and the Greek islands.

Atmosphere: It offers a refined yet relaxed seaside environment that transitions from daytime lunches to a music-led evening social setting.

Interiors: The space features natural textures, sustainably sourced bamboo, rattan detailing, and earthy materials. The color palette consists of deep blue, sand, terracotta, and ivory.

Culinary Offerings

Menu Focus: The menu emphasizes Mediterranean cuisine, specifically seafood, grilled specialties, and sharing-style dishes.

Highlights: Offerings include crudo dishes (Tuna Ventresca and Carabinero Carpaccio), signature plates (Royal Trikini and Brisa Signature Caviar Pasta), and larger-format dishes like Prawn Paella.

Josper Grill: Central to the kitchen, the grill features items such as Garlic Suckling Lamb Chops, Wagyu Rib Eye, and Grilled King Crab.
