Grand Hamad Street in Doha is poised to become the site of Qatar’s first smart automated parking project. Covering an area of 5,121 square meters, the development will feature 600 parking spots, along with retail outlets, services, and administrative offices.

Expected to be completed within two years, the project aims to alleviate parking constraints in the city by accommodating six times the number of vehicles compared to the previous site, which could only accommodate 120 cars.

Once operational, it will address the parking needs of both employees and visitors during working hours.
